I absolutely cant stand waiting around and wasting time for my oil change, so I m already in a less than happy state of mind just walking through the door. Angie at the front desk was so professional and she handled the issues that arose AND my attitude about it all calmly and kindly. So my antenna was missing after they washed my car. Long story short, she helped me find it and all was well again. I apologized for being a Karen. And i told her thank you for the professionalism. I use this location often and she is consistently professional. Angie, you rock girl! Also they have a female mechanic right now and I hope people ask for her to work on their cars here. Her name is Jasmine. She is talented and i hope she gets lots of requests.

purchased tires for my Ford Bronco Sport in March 2026. Quick Lane was running a “buy 3 tires, get 1 free” promotion, but unfortunately the tires I wanted (Michelin Defender2) did not qualify. Even so, the team worked with me to match the best price I could find, helped set up my $100 rebate, and provided an additional discount. In the end, the savings were essentially equivalent — or very close — to the buy 3 get 1 free deal. The staff at the front desk were friendly, personable, and easy to work with throughout the process. There were a few hiccups along the way, but they addressed and corrected them professionally. Overall, I appreciated their customer service and willingness to make sure I still got a great deal.

They did a good job changing my oil, although they were supposed to provide a service to give me a ride home and that never happened so I ended up waiting about an hour to have my oil changed.

I took my 2016 Ford Edge for a routine oil change and during the service, it was discovered that I was overdue for new tires. Randy called me and explained everything to me and shopped around to price match the best tires that would fit in my budget and even offered discounts. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. He gave an estimate for services to be performed and the final price was even less expensive than I thought it would be. Kevin helped me to finalize check out and took his time to provide feedback on the services provided. Together, Randy and Kevin made my experience getting the necessary repairs done for my vehicle a smooth and easy experience. I will be back! Thanks, Randy and Kevin!

I recently visited Apple Ford Quick Lane to get new tires and wheels for my Bronco, and the service was outstanding. I want to give a huge shoutout to Angie Bonilla, who helped me with every single step of the process. Upgrading wheels and tires can be complicated, but Angie made it easy. She was patient, knowledgeable, and guided me through the whole thing. I honestly couldn't have done it without her. If you need help with your vehicle, definitely ask for Angie. Highly recommended!
